All Wessex G.R.P. doors are available with optional primed of fully finished steel or G.R.P. frames. Wessex woodgrain G.R.P. doors are supplied with multi-point latching operated by a security eurocylinder lock as standard. All Wessex doors are suitable for use with remote control electric operators. Where electric operation is specified, a door handle is not absolutely necessary. If a handle is not required, it needs to be clearly identified at the time of purchase.. Maintenance-free G.R.P. doors only require the minimum of attention. Details of the simple cleaning procedures are given on the rear of every Wessex G.R.P. door. The woodgrain colour finish is hand applied to replicate the beauty of real timber. As with real timber, there will inevitably be some colour variation over the face of the door and between doors. Where two woodgrain doors of the same colour are to be fitted close together, please let us know so that colour variation can be minimised. The woodgrain colour matching service is designed to achieve as close a match to your individual timber colour requirement as possible. However, due to the processes involved, an exact match is not always achievable. Wessex woodgrain doors can be manufactured in blue, green or red colour finishes as an option. Please refer to our Price List for costs and availability. The backs of all woodgrain G.R.P. doors are finished in white to reflect as much light as possible into the garage. The rear panel of all 5 Crown doors has a verticle narrow rib timber effect and a white matt finish. 5 Crown window door designs are only available with standard or optional opaque windows. Translucent or clear windows are not available. All doors can be fitted with an optional bottom weatherstrip to reduce the ingress of rainwater and windborne debris.
